Ukrainian strikes hit Proton-Elekroteks plant in Oryol and Saratov refinery
A missile and drone attack on Russia caused explosions and fires at the Proton-Elekroteks electronics plant in Oryol and the Saratov oil refinery. The latest attack followed an October 23 strike that the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said destroyed Proton-Elekroteks's main microchip-production workshop, while the Oryol governor reported partial damage to production facilities.
