Ukrainian reports rely on regional authorities, emergency services and the head of the Vinnytsia regional administration for information about the damage and casualties. The coverage focuses on the six injured people, the destruction of four apartments, the evacuation of 15 residents from the nursing home and the scale of the emergency response. It also places the attack within a series of strikes on energy, industrial and residential infrastructure in the region on 19 and 22 October.

An early report from the regional administration said no casualty information had been received in connection with the damaged industrial facility and private property. Other reports confirmed that six people were injured by the drone strike on the five-storey residential building in Vinnytsia.
